We Are in This Together
Retreat for Priests
September 18-22, 2023
Msgr. Joseph DiSciacca
Priests are servant leaders called to serve as pastors. Jesus modeled servant leadership for his followers, and as priests, we take direction from Jesus’s example. Ordained and united in the priesthood of Jesus Christ, we live this servant leadership through the celebration of the Sacraments, especially the Eucharist, with the people of God. We preach the Word of God and spread God’s good news to the world through our preaching. As priests and pastors, we pray with and for the Church and the world, in the service of all God's people. This retreat will explore the concept of servant leadership and how we might, as brother priests, become better servants so that we can lead God’s people in worship, prayer, and the celebration of the sacraments.
The retreat begins at 4:00 p.m. on Monday and concludes at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
Offering: $475
