Parish & Pastor Support

At Holy Family, we view one of our roles as doing all we can to support pastors in their ministry.  The programs described in this area of the website seek to support pastors and lay leadership in their efforts to strengthen and grow the community of the faithful in their parishes.Today's parish structure is vastly different from what many of us remember as children. The challenges for Pastors are enormous. In addition to providing the ministerial and pastoral care to his parish, the administrative, financial and time challenges for a pastor have never been greater.  For the laity, this reality creates a real opportunity for us to live the idea of "We are the church" while helping our pastors in vital ways.
