Our Blessed Mother is often portrayed as meek and mild, but when we delve deeper into her story, we recognize that Mary was also courageous and brave in following God’s will. Please join us as we reflect upon the faith of Mary and how she inspires us to be courageous and brave women of faith. We'll discuss how Mary plays a role in our lives and how we can look to her example as we live out our call to hear God’s voice in our lives.
This program will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom. Information on how to access the program on Zoom will be sent to participants in advance.
Offering $50, includes dinner as well as wine & cheese from 5:30 to 6:00
Presenter Profile
Liza Peters
Liza Peters is the director of youth and young adult ministry at Holy Family. Prior to joining the retreat team in 2011, she served as director of religious education at a parish outside Dayton, OH, and worked and lived in community at the St. Peter Claver Catholic Worker House in South Bend, IN. She holds a B.A. in psychology and a Master of Divinity from the University of Notre Dame.
